I am a self-taught artist living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. My inspiration comes from nature and the stunning landscape of the Columbia Valley. I am drawn to painting and the surrender to color and texture letting intuition guide my work. Rarely does my work follow a clear path from beginning to end. One piece can take weeks as I follow where the process takes me. I typically paint in the early morning hours when the world is quiet, with a cup of coffee and music as my muse.
